History
Asia Potash Industry Company, the largest producer of potassium sulfate in Iran, was established in 2011 with a capital of 1000 billion Rials and on a land area of 70,000 square meters in Ivanki Industrial Town, 50 km from Tehran. The purpose of establishing the Employment and Entrepreneurship Company and the annual production of 200,000 tons of potassium sulfate fertilizer with the investment of the private sector and to meet the domestic needs of local farmers and gardeners.
Current status
Currently, about 100 people are directly involved in the Asian potash industry complex. In its first phase, by producing 60,000 tons of potassium sulfate, the company has been able to significantly influence the import of foreign goods and prevent the outflow of foreign currency from the country. The four-year achievements of this company can be mentioned in concluding a contract with Jihad Keshavarzi, which has had the largest amount of goods produced in this part of the industry among domestic producers.
Targets
Asia Potash Industry Company has always tried to produce high-quality and suitable potassium sulfate fertilizer products for farmers and gardeners in our country by employing specialized and experienced personnel as well as advanced technology.
Supporting the country's domestic production and encouraging consumers to buy domestic products will lead to economic growth and national development. Other effects include increasing employment, reducing illegal imports, increasing the strength of the national currency, stabilizing commodity prices, and increasing product quality.
