The word “potash” is a general term often used to refer to potassium chloride (KCI), but it also applies to other fertilizers containing K, such as potassium sulfate (K2SO2), commonly referred to as potash sulfate or SOP. In the continuation of the article in Jahan-e-Chem-Physik, more details will be provided in this regard.
